The CodecFlow flywheel

CodecFlow grows through a simple loop: more builders create robot workflows, those workflows generate data, the data improves models, and better models attract more builders.

  • Runtime workflows move toward optr for deployment.
  • Open-source contributors improve tools, integrations, models, and examples.
  • $CODEC aligns access, and marketplace incentives.

The result is a shared robotics stack instead of isolated projects rebuilding the same infrastructure.
