$CODEC serves as a community-driven ecosystem token for the project, designed to foster global adoption and democratize ownership. Unlike traditional equity models that often limit participation, $CODEC enables broad market participation by offering a liquid, tradable asset.
The token will capture value from fees and revenue generated by our products. We’re keeping tokenomics flexible for now, planning to finalize the model after launching the operator agent marketplace and identifying optimal monetization strategies (e.g., subscriptions, transaction fees). Our advisors will guide the design when ready.
While the project could raise funds, a token-based model offers distinct advantages by providing immediate liquidity and fostering a community. The token model also positions the project to potentially raise equity from VCs in the future, leveraging the established community and user base to drive further growth.
